Frequently asked questions
How does an air fryer work?
An air fryer uses a heating element and a fan to circulate hot air around the food at high speed. This creates a crispy outer layer while cooking the inside, similar to deep-frying but with significantly less oil.
What can you cook in an air fryer?
You can cook a variety of foods, including fries, chicken wings, vegetables, baked goods, and even pizza. The preset programs on this model make it easy to select the right settings for common dishes.
Is the basket dishwasher safe?
Yes, the basket is dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning easier. However, hand washing with a soft sponge may help preserve the non-stick coating over time.
How much oil do you need?
You can use little or no oil, depending on the recipe. For best results, a light coating of oil on the food helps achieve a crispier texture, but it's not necessary for all foods.
