Steam mop and handheld steam cleaner for suitable surfaces: this device complements cleaning after moving in. The most important check is whether it's approved for your flooring.
Worth considering if you regularly clean suitable, steam-resistant surfaces and will actually use the handheld function. Write down your rooms and surfaces beforehand to see whether an accessory bundle would actually be useful.
Don't buy on spec for unknown parquet, laminate or delicate surfaces. What matters is the flooring manufacturer's care guidance; general product advertising doesn't replace it. If you only want to remove dust, you don't need a second vacuum for that.

For dust and loose crumbs, a vacuum cleaner is suitable; for damp wiping, an existing mop may be enough. A wet-and-dry vacuum that picks up liquid is a different type of appliance. Decide on the task first, then the appliance.
